The challenges of dyslexic individuals in Nigerian education

Right from time immemorial, the Nigeria Education system, has been overlabored with growing people who are dyslexic. It is a negligible factor because it Is virtually conceived as an issue that should not arrest the concerns of those who are directors of most primary education foundation. There are a handful of individuals who have developed this reading challenge right from birth. Knowing that most Nigerian parents give a slim observation of how their children assimilate it challenges the fact that their reading and understanding habits are not given prior consideration.

 

Dyslexia individuals are those who are encountering learning disorder, which includes difficulty in reading due to challenges in identifying speech sounds and knowing how they connect to letters and words. Furthermore, one of the insisting factors which will pose a challenge to most patients of dyslexia is the condition of the country. It is conceivable that dyslexic individuals are experiencing slow functionality of the brain and for a child to perform above average, especially candidates of this mental disorder, it is obtainable they are provided with careful tutors, who will not force their expectations on these people nor shame them for not performing well in areas that are related to the study of dyslexia challenge. In other words, rejuvenating their emotional maturity will authenticate their academic empowerment and will help reduce the number of dyslexic individuals.

 

It is very astonishing to note that a quality number do not notice they are undergoing this cerebral challenge. The more awareness is created; it will assist anyone to screen his or her mental capacity in order to realize his or her standard. The institutions of learning in their own level should employ certain implements, so as to help these people offset their learning barriers. There are those whose learning disabilities come from stress and depression, may be they struggle to pay their school fees and still merge to defining their academic performance, the government should have a board that will place such people in scholarships. And by so doing the energy they pull while trying to meet up to their dues will be channeled to resuscitating their academic laxities.
